Do I pay per seat?

No. One plan covers your whole organization, with as many seats and viewers as you like. You pay for the apps you run, not for the people who use them.

What is the difference between Eco and Standard apps?

An Eco app runs while someone is using it and sleeps when nobody is. That makes it the cheaper choice for dashboards and internal tools. A Standard app is always on. Choose it for anything that works in the background, like scheduled jobs, queues or webhooks, or that has to answer instantly. Both come in three sizes.

Is there a limit on how long an app can run?

No. Both kinds can run around the clock. There is no hourly cap and nothing is metered. You pay a fixed price per app each month.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Pro and Team start with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged.

What if I need more than my plan includes?

Add apps or storage whenever you need them. More apps cost the per-app prices shown under compute pricing, and more storage is $3 per 50 GB a month.

Can I change plans?

Yes, whenever you like. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period, and any apps over the new plan’s limits are paused until you upgrade again.
