Who is responsible
Artifly (eenmanszaak, KvK 42131048), Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is responsible for the waitlist. Send questions and requests to privacy@artifly.io.
What we keep
Your email address, the date you joined, and the site or campaign that sent you here, when your browser tells us.
Why
To email you once, when it’s your turn. We use your address for nothing else, and never sell it or share it with anyone for their own use. The legal basis is your consent, given when you join (GDPR article 6(1)(a)).
Joining is voluntary. Without your address, we can’t tell you when it’s your turn.
Who handles it for us
A database provider stores the list in Frankfurt, Germany, and a hosting provider runs this site. Both handle your data only on our instructions.
Both are based outside the EU. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Ask us for a copy of these safeguards.
Visits
The site counts visits without cookies and without identifying you, to see how many people come and from where. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
How long
We keep your address until everyone on the waitlist has been invited, then delete the list. We delete it sooner if you ask or withdraw your consent.
Your rights
Ask us to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing doesn’t affect what we did before. Email privacy@artifly.io and we answer within a month.
We make no automated decisions about you.
You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
